Penarol Mar del Plata (LigaA) strengthened their roster with addition of 33-year old American power forward Thomas Terrell (201-109kg-79, college: Georgia State). He played most recently at Hyeres-Toulon in French ProA. While playing 21 ProA games for the team from Toulon last season Terrell averaged 8.9ppg, 3.7rpg and 1.3apg. He played also 6 games for Saint Vallier in ProA where he had 9.0ppg, 4.3rpg and 1.2apg. Terrell was voted to Eurobasket.com All-French ProA Honorable Mention in 2010. He is a very experienced player. Terrell played also pro basketball in Belgium, Israel, Mexico, Spain and United Kingdom.
