We bring you last week's top performances from Argentinians who are playing abroad and who all have had prior experience of national team duties at youth or senior level.
#1. This week's number one is an experienced international shooting guard Emanuel Ginobili (198-77, agency: Interperformances, currently plays in NBA). He led San Antonio Spurs to a 3-point victory against the Portland Trail Blazers (2-4) 112-109 in the NBA in Saturday night's game.
Ginobili scored 17 points, had 4 rebounds and dished 4 assists in 28 minutes on the court.
The San Antonio Spurs have quite an impressive 6-1 record this season.
But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen.
It's Ginobili's 11th year with the team.
He has relatively good stats this season: 8.8ppg, 2.4rpg, 4.0apg, 2FGP: 55.0% and FT: 81.3% in the five games he played so far.
Ginobili has a dual citizenship: Argentinian and Italian.
He is currently a member of the Argentinian senior national team.
#2. Second place goes to an international power forward Luis Scola (206-80, currently plays in NBA), who plays in the NBA. Scola could not help the Phoenix Suns (3-4) in their last game on Sunday. Despite his very good performance the Phoenix Suns were crushed 115-94 on the road by the Orlando Magic.
Scola was the top scorer with 24 points. He also added 7 rebounds and dished 4 assists.
But the season just started, so everything may happen.
It's Scola's first year with the team.
Scola has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages: 14.6ppg, 8.4rpg, 1.9apg, 1.6spg, 2FGP: 46.5%, 3FGP: 33.3% and FT: 82.6%.
Scola is another player who holds two passports: Argentinian and Spanish.
He is in the roster of the Argentinian senior national team.
#3. The Argentinian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international small forward Carlos Delfino (200-82, currently plays in NBA), who plays in the NBA. Delfino was not able to help the Houston Rockets (3-3) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the Houston Rockets lost 87-93 in Denver to the Nuggets.
Delfino was the top scorer with 19 points. He also added 5 rebounds in 31 minutes.
It was Rockets' third consecutive loss in a row.
But the season is still in it's first stage and everything can happen.
This year Delfino has relatively solid stats: 9.3ppg, 4.2rpg, 1.3apg, 1.3spg, 2FGP: 42.9%, 3FGP: 35.1% and FT: 71.4% in the six games.
He has both Argentinian and Italian nationalities.
Delfino is also a member of the Argentinian senior national team.
#4. Point guard Pablo Prigioni (190-77, currently plays in NBA) led New York Knicks to an easy victory against the Philadelphia 76ers (4-2) crushing them 110-88 in the NBA in Monday night's game.
He recorded 11 points and added 6 assists.
The New York Knicks have 4-0 record this season.
So far his team won all four games in the Regular Season.
But there are still lots of games to play and it's a long way to go.
Prigioni's overall stats this season are: 3.3ppg and 3.5apg.
He also holds two passports: Italian and Argentinian.
Prigioni is also Argentinian national team player.
#5. International small forward Andres Nocioni (199-79, currently plays in Spain) was the major contributor in a Caja Laboral's victory against the closely-ranked Valencia Basket (5-2) 79-75 in the Spanish ACB last Sunday.
He recorded 16 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists in 30 minutes.
It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Caja Laboral Vitoria (5-2) is placed second in the ACB.
Nocioni is ranked fifth on the list of the top scorers in the league with 14.8ppg.
This year he also averages: 5.3rpg in the six games.
Similarly like Prigioni and Delfino above Nocioni holds both Italian and Argentinian passports.
He plays currently for the Argentinian national team.
#6. Guard Juan Fernandez (193-90, college: Temple, currently plays in Italy) led C.de Latte BRE to a 2-point victory against the 12th-ranked Prima Veroli (2-4) 82-80 in the Italian Lega2 (second division) last Sunday.
Fernandez scored 13 points, grabbed 4 rebounds and dished 4 assists.
Centrale del Latte Brescia (4-2) is placed third in the Lega2.
Fernandez's overall stats this season are: 6.2ppg, 2.5rpg, 3.0apg and 1.3spg.
He is an international player who is currently on the senior Argentinian National Team roster.
#7. International point guard Nicolas Richotti (181-86, currently plays in Spain) led CB Canarias to a victory over the closely-ranked Cajasol (1-6) 79-68 in the Spanish ACB on Sunday night.
Richotti was MVP of the game. He recorded 15 points in 22 minutes.
Iberostar Canarias Tenerife (1-6) is placed 14th in the ACB.
They ended the series of six consecutive loses.
This year Richotti's overall stats are: 9.0ppg, 1.7rpg and 2.7apg in the seven games.
He is also Argentinian national team player.
#8. Swingman Patricio Garino (198-93, currently plays in NCAA1), who plays in the NCAA was not able to secure a victory for the G.Washington (0-0) in their last game. Despite Garino's good performance the G.Washington lost 73-80 at home to the Youngstown State University.
He scored 13 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 28 minutes.
It's Garino's first season with the team.
Garino has reliable stats this year: 11.8ppg, 2.8rpg, 3.3apg and 1.2spg in the six games.
He used to play for the Argentinian U19 national team
last year.
#9. International forward Leonardo Mainoldi (203-85, currently plays in Spain) couldn't help Baloncesto Fuenlabrada (1-6) in their game against G.Canaria 2014 (5-2) in the Spanish ACB. He cannot count Sunday's game as one of the best ones.
Mainoldi recorded only 2 points and grabbed 5 rebounds.
Baloncesto Fuenlabrada was crushed 73-52 in Las Palmas by the much higher-ranked G.Canaria 2014 (#5).
Mainoldi is one of the most experienced players in a team as it's his fifth year in Baloncesto Fuenlabrada's roster.
He is the league's best rebounder.
Mainoldi's total stats this season are: 9.1ppg and 8.6rpg.
He is also in the roster of the Argentinian national team.
#10. Center Matias Bortolin (205-93, also represented by Interperformances, currently plays in Austria), who plays in the Austrian A Bundesliga couldn't help the league outsider Arkadia Lions (0-6) in their last game. Despite Bortolin's good performance the bottom-ranked Arkadia Lions lost 85-97 in Furstenfeld to the higher-ranked (#9) Panthers.
He scored 12 points, had 6 boards, handed out 5 passes and blocked 2 shots in 39 minutes.
So far Arkadia Lions lost all six games in the Regular Season.
Bortolin belongs to league's best blockers and is ranked #2 with 1.2bpg.
This year his other stats are: 10.0ppg, 6.0rpg, 3.3apg and 1.3spg in the six games.
Bortolin is a former U17 international player as two years ago he still played for the Argentinian national team.

#1.Mario Jose Ghersetti (201-F-81, currently plays in Italy) led Tezenis VE to a victory over the league outsider Upea CdO (0-6) 79-69 in the Italian Lega2 (second division) on Sunday night.
Ghersetti was MVP of the game. He scored 21 points, grabbed 8 rebounds and dished 3 assists.
Tezenis Verona (3-3) is placed eighth in the Lega2.
Ghersetti has reliable stats this season: 10.8ppg, 4.8rpg, 1.7apg and 1.8spg.
He has a dual citizenship: Argentinian and Italian.
#2.Demian Filloy (198-F-82, agency: Interperformances, currently plays in Italy) contributed to a Trenkwalder RE's victory against the 14th-ranked VL Pesaro (2-5) 71-59 in the Italian SerieA in Sunday night's game.
Filloy scored 7 points and had 3 steals in 27 minutes.
Trenkwalder Reggio Emilia (4-3) is placed seventh in the SerieA.
It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row.
This year Filloy's overall stats are: 3.7ppg, 2.7rpg and 1.7spg in the seven games he played so far.
He is another player who holds two passports: Argentinian and Italian.
#3.Ariel Filloy (189-PG-87, also represented by Interperformances, currently plays in Italy), who plays in the Italian Lega2 (second division) could not help AcegasAps TR (4-2) to beat Tuscany Pistoia (5-1).
Filloy scored 9 points and added 5 assists.
But AcegasAps TR was defeated in an overtime 82-77 on the road by the second-ranked Tuscany Pistoia.
Filloy has reliable stats this season: 11.8ppg, 2.8rpg, 3.3apg and 1.2spg.
Similarly like Filloy and Ghersetti above he has both Argentinian and Italian nationalities.
Despite Filloy's Argentinian passport, he previously played for the Italian U20 national team and is probably not eligible to play for the Argentinian team.
#4.Carlos Sebastian Vico (190-G-86, agency: Players Group, currently plays in Italy) was not able to help Matera (6-2) in their game against Chieti (4-5) in the Italian Nazionale A (third division).
Vico scored 9 points, grabbed 6 boards, dished 3 assists and stole 4 balls.
But Matera was badly defeated 86-68 on the opponent's court by the much lower-ranked Chieti (#11).
It was Matera's first loss after five consecutive victories.
Vico averaged so far 11.9ppg, 4.6rpg, 3.0apg and 3.1spg.
Similarly like three previous players above, he also holds two passports: Argentinian and Italian.
#5.Juan Ignacio Jasen (196-F-85, currently plays in Spain) helped UCAM Murcia win their game against the 11th-ranked Blusens Monbus (4-3) 73-69 in the Spanish ACB in Saturday night's game.
Jasen recorded 8 points in 23 minutes.
UCAM Murcia (24-6) is placed in the ACB.
This year Jasen's total stats are: 5.3ppg and 2.0rpg in the seven games.
He has dual citizenship: Argentinian and Italian.
#6.Manuel Carrizo (198-F/G-80, another player represented by Players Group, currently plays in Italy), who plays in the Italian Lega2 (second division) was not able to secure a victory for FCM Ferentino (1-4) in their last game on Sunday. Despite Carrizo's very good performance FCM Ferentino was defeated 97-83 in Barcellona by the much higher-ranked Sigma (#6).
He scored 15 points.
This season Carrizo averages only 5.2ppg.
Similarly like all previous players above, he holds both Argentinian and Italian passports.
#7.Bernardo Musso (193-G-86, currently plays in Italy) couldn't help LeGamberi Foods Forlì in their game against Givova Scafati in the Italian Lega2 (second division).
Musso scored 6 points and added 3 assists in 24 minutes.
His team lost 76-84.
This year Musso's total stats are: 7.3ppg, 3.5rpg and 1.5apg in the four games.
He has Argentinian and Italian nationalities.
#8.Andres Forray (187-PG-86, currently plays in Italy) helped Pall.Trento win their game against one of league's weakest teams Aget Service IM 84-73 in the Italian Lega2 (second division) in Sunday night's game.
Forray scored 8 points, grabbed 6 rebounds, passed 3 assists and added 2 blocks.
Forray's total stats this season are: 4.8ppg, 4.2rpg, 2.8apg and 2.6spg.
Similarly like all previous players above, he has dual citizenship: Argentinian and Italian.
#9.Martin Calvo (198-F-88, currently plays in United Kingdom), who plays in the British BBL couldn't help the league outsider Liverpool Mersey Tigers (0-8) in their last game. Despite Calvo's very good performance the bottom-ranked Liverpool Mersey Tigers lost 73-79 in Chester to the one of league's weakest teams (#11) Cheshire Jets.
He was the second best scorer with 16 points. Calvo also added 4 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 32 minutes.
Calvo's stats this year are: 12.5ppg, 6.0rpg and 3.5apg in the two games.
He holds both Argentinian and Spanish passports.
#10.Pablo Bertone (193-G-90, currently plays in NCAA1) couldn't help the Florida Atlantic in their game against the University of North Carolina in the NCAA.
Bertone scored 9 points, had 4 rebounds and dished 3 assists.
His team was crushed by 24 points 80-56.
Bertone averaged so far 12.5ppg, 6.0rpg and 3.5apg.

Despite Richotti's very good performance CB Canarias was edged in an overtime 111-108 in Murcia by the lower-ranked (#13) UCAM.
He was the second best scorer with 22 points. Richotti also added 4 rebounds and dished 6 assists in 41 minutes.

This year Richotti's overall stats are: 9.1ppg, 1.8rpg, 2.2apg, 2FGP: 52.7%, 3FGP: 30.8% and FT: 80.2% in the 33 games.
