The fans could enjoy quite many interesting games in the last round. The round ended with favorites losing the games and games ending by tiny margin.

The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Regatas Corrientes as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Regatas Corrientes edged 9th ranked GECR Indalo at home 81-80. GECR Indalo was trailing by 7 points at halftime but managed to get 2-point lead after three quarters before a 22-19 charge of Regatas Corrientes, which allowed them to win the game. They shot 62.7 percent from the field. Regatas Corrientes outrebounded GECR Indalo 32-16 including a 25-10 advantage in defensive rebounds. The former international swingman Paolo Quinteros (190-79) saved the victory by scoring 25 points. The former international forward Federico Kammerichs (202-80) contributed with 15 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. American power forward Kahiem Seawright (203-86, college: Rhode Island, agency: Edge Sports) replied with 15 points and 4 assists for GECR Indalo. Regatas Corrientes (15-5) have an impressive six-game winning streak. As mentioned above they are alone now at the top position. GECR Indalo lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the twelfth place with 12 games lost. GECR Indalo will play next round against La Union trying to get back on the winning streak. Regatas Corrientes will try to continue on its current victory against fourteenth ranked Obras in Buenos Aires.
LigaA top team - Lanus (14-6) added another victory to their record. This time they beat tenth ranked Sionista (10-12) in Parana 73-65. Worth to mention a quality performance of American forward William McFarlan (201-76, college: St.Thomas Aquinas, agency: Dream Team Management) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 7 rebounds and Robert Battle who added 17 points, 8 rebounds and 5 blocks during the contest. American guard Nate Miller (193-87, college: Bowling Green, agency: KMG Sports Management) responded with 15 points and 9 rebounds. Lanus have a solid four-game winning streak. Despite that victory Lanus went down to third position due to points difference. Sionista lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the ninth place with 12 games lost. Lanus will play against Union Progresista (#13) in Villa Angela in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Libertad S. - Atenas 88-66

No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Libertad Sunchales (13-6) crushed at home 8th ranked Atenas (11-10) 88-66 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Libertad Sunchales.
