Quimsa inks Jimmy Baxter, ex LTi 46ers - Jan 12, 2013

Asociacion Quimsa Santiago del Estero (LigaA) signed 33-year old American guard Jimmy Baxter (198-96kg-80, college: S.Florida, agency: Three Eye Sports). He already started the season at LTi 46ers in German BBL league. Baxter managed to play in four leagues in three countries last year (!!!). In 9 BBL games this season he had 14.6ppg, 3.0rpg and 2.1apg. Part of last summer he spent at Indios in Dominican Rep. LNB. Baxter also played at San Lazaro in Dominican Rep. District National earlier that season. The other team he played shortly was Sluc Nancy in French ProA. But in three games last season he recorded just 1.7ppg and 1.7rpg. Another team Baxter played briefly was JL Bourg in French ProB. In 7 games he recorded very impressive stats: 17.1ppg, 4.4rpg, 5.0apg and 1.9spg. Another team he played that season for was Ikaros in Greek A1. In 12 games he recorded 12.9ppg, 3.5rpg, 2.0apg and 1.5spg. Baxters team won Slovenian Supercup. he was selected to Greek League All-Star Game in 2011.
Baxter is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in Belgium, Iran (Petrochimi), Israel, Italy, Latvia, Portugal, Turkey, France (JDA Dijon), Greece (Ilysiakos) and Slovenia (Krka).
Baxter attended University of South Florida until 2004 and it will be his ninth season as a professional player.

Nicolas Richotti to stay in Tenerife until 2018 - 1 hour ago

Nicolas Richotti(183-PG-86) and Iberostar Tenerife extended their contract until the end of 2017/2018 season. Argentine guard signed with Canarias in 2010, when they were members of LEB Gold, and won promotion to Liga Endesa in 2011/2012 season. He played 206 games in total with Tenerife, including 133 in Liga Endesa. In 2015/2016 season, Nico averaged 13 points, 3.2 assists, 1.5 rebounds, 1.1 steals and 2.1 turnovers.
