Platense beat Temperley for 2-1 lead in the series. The game was mostly controlled by CA Platense. CA Temperley was better in fourth quarter 33-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding CA Temperley to just 7 points in first quarter. They outrebounded CA Temperley 39-27 including 30 on the defensive glass. CA Temperley was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for Puerto Rican forward Kevin Young (203-90, college: Kansas, agency: SDJ Sports) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds. American forward Keith Gayden (202-83, college: Duquesne) helped adding 18 points. Five CA Platense players scored in double figures. CA Platense's coach Alejandro Vazquez allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. The best for the losing side was American forward Delwan Graham (203-88, college: Jacksonville) with 14 points and 6 rebounds and point guard Raul Pelorosso (175-94) scored 12 points and 5 rebounds.

Gimnasia LP overcame visiting Olimpo BB to secure the second victory in the series. Gimnasia LP made 18-of-23 free shots (78.3 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was an exceptional evening for American forward Joe Efese (198, college: Cent.Conn.St.) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 13 rebounds. Point guard Leonardo La-Bella (180-86) accounted for 21 points, 5 rebounds and 11 assists for the winning side. American Durrell Summers (193-89, college: Michigan St.) came up with 28 points and 6 rebounds (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line) and the other American import center Thomas Granado (208-88, college: Concordia Irvine, agency: Interperformances) added 8 points and 9 rebounds respectively for Olimpo in the defeat.

Talented Cuban Karel Guzman (188-F-95) had a very impressive game in the last round for Ciclista and that's him to receive a Latinbasket.com TNA Player of the Week award for round 10. The 22-year old forward had the game-high 33 points adding eight rebounds and two assists for Ciclista in his team's victory, helping them to beat Platense (#2, 5-2) 101-92.
