Rocamora - Atenas Carmen 68-78

Atenas Carmen upset Rocamora on the road to force the decider. The game was mostly controlled by Atenas. Rocamora managed to win second period 17-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 17-of-22 free shots (77.3 percent) during the game. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Scott Cutley (196-85, college: CS Fullerton) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 16 points, 16 rebounds and 6 assists. Point guard Hernan Etchepare (180-86) contributed with 21 points for the winners. Cutley is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Point guard Ignacio Davico (188-92) replied with 18 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and power forward Juan-Luis Abeiro (196-88) added 13 points and 12 rebounds in the effort for Rocamora. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures.

Petr.Argentino rallied past Ciclista to seal their semifinal eighth-finals appearance. Petr.Argentino made 19-of-24 charity shots (79.2 percent) during the game. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Darnell Dodson (201-89, college: S.Mississippi, agency: DTMones) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points and 13 rebounds and naturalized Italian point guard Mariano Castets (183-83) who added 19 points and 4 assists during the contest. Five Petr.Argentino players scored in double figures. At the losing side American swingman Aaron Harrison (198-93, college: Lynn) responded with 18 points and 9 rebounds and point guard Alvaro Merlo (182-95) scored 15 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Ciclista's coach Facundo Sucatzky rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.

Platense claimed the third straight win over Temperley and stayed in the title race. The game was mostly controlled by CA Platense. CA Temperley managed to win third quarter 27-25. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. CA Platense made 23-of-25 free shots (92.0 percent) during the game. The winners were led by guard Felipe Pais (185-90) who scored that evening 25 points and 6 rebounds and American forward Keith Gayden (202-83, college: Duquesne) supported him with 18 points and 8 rebounds. Even 17 points and 9 rebounds by American forward Delwan Graham (203-88, college: Jacksonville) did not help to save the game for CA Temperley. Center Sebastian Chaine (201-86) added 14 points for lost side. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures.
