Robert
Nortmann
Island Storm (NBL Canada) tabbed naturalized Bahamian forward Robert Nortmann (205-104kg, college: Dalhousie). It is actually his comeback to The Storm as he has played here before. Nortmann started the season at Francavilla Fontana in Italian Serie C Silver. The last season he played at The Storm. But in 35 NBL Canada games he averaged just 1.7ppg and 2.1rpg.
Among other achievements Nortmann's team made it to the NBL Canada Semifinals in 2014. He received also All-Atlantic Division 2nd Team award back in 2012 at his college time.
Nortmann has played also professionally in Australia (Maitland Mustangs), Bahamas and Canada (Halifax_Rainmen).
He graduated from Dalhousie University in 2012 and it is his fifth season in pro basketball.

ROMERSTROM Gladiators Trier (ProA) signed 30-year old Bahamas international power forward Robert Nortmann (204-108kg-87, college: Dalhousie). He is a dual citizen owning also Canadian passport. Nortmann already started the season at Windsor Express in Canadian NBL. In two NBL Canada games he had just 2.0ppg and 1.0rpg this season.
