The Regular Season in NPBA just ended. What a coincidence that all visitors won their games.

The most exciting game of round 17 in the NPBA took place in . This derby game ended with only two-point home defeat of 10th ranked Cleaners (3-13) to eighth ranked Pirates (7-9) 85-83 in the game for the eighth place. Pirates forced 19 Cleaners turnovers and had a 36-23 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Cleaners' players. Tevin Hudson stepped up and scored 22 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and point guard Kevin Wright (178, college: Bevill St.Sumiton JC) chipped in 16 points and 8 assists. Herbert Knowles responded with 22 points and 7 rebounds. Pirates maintains eighth place with 7-9 record. Cleaners lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the ninth position with 13 games lost. They share it with Pros.
9th ranked Pros (3-13) were outscored at home by fourth ranked the Bahamas (11-5) with the biggest margin this round 89-70. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Pros. Kemsy Sylvestre nailed 24 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side and Ramon Dames accounted for 14 points, 9 assists and 6 steals. the Bahamas' coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Keithan Gray came up with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds for Pros in the defeat. the Bahamas maintains fourth place with 11-5 record, which they share with Cybots and Stingers. Pros at the other side keep the ninth position with 13 games lost. They share it with Cleaners.

In the last game of round 17 Cleaners won against Rebels on the opponent's court 66-57.

Rebels - Cleaners 57-66

Rather expected game when 12th ranked Rebels (1-15) were defeated at home by tenth ranked Cleaners (3-13) 66-57. Cleaners outrebounded Rebels 49-38 including 20 on the offensive glass. Rebels were plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Herbert Knowles nailed a double-double by scoring 19 points and 13 rebounds for the winning side and Romell Johnson accounted for 23 points. American guard Craig Buchanan (193, college: Florida Atlantic) came up with 22 points and 5 rebounds and Mekel Rolle added 19 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Rebels in the defeat. Cleaners moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Pros. Rebels lost eighth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 15 games lost. They share it with Legends.

Four the Bahamas players scored in double figures. the Bahamas' coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games.
