Cybots - Regulators 74-96

Regulators fired past Cybots to even the championship series at 2-2. Regulators dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Cybots' 36 and made 27-of-32 free shots (84.4 percent) during the game. Regulators forced 28 Cybots turnovers and outrebounded them 42-29 including 29 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Gameliel Rose fired a double-double by scoring 29 points, 10 rebounds and 9 assists (made all of his nine free throws !!!) for the winners. International power forward Eugene Bain (195-88, college: Bellevue) chipped in a double-double by scoring 25 points and 19 rebounds. Lerecus Arbrister produced 19 points and 6 steals and guard Ernest Saunders (188, college: Cleveland St. CC) added 13 points, 6 assists and 8 steals respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.

Jonathan Fairell (201-F-93, agency: Duran International) could not help SPO Rouen (15-15) in their last game. Defending champion Al Manama (Premier League) inked 28-year old Bahamas ex-international power forward Kadeem Coleby (206-114kg-89, college: Wichita State). It is actually his comeback to Manama as he has played here before. Coleby He started the season at Al Muharraq (Premier League). Coleby helped them to win the cup and make to league final. The last season he played at Al Manama. Coleby also represented Bahamas at the CBC Championships in Tortola (British Virgin Islands) two years ago.    [read more]
