Liga Femenina top team - Audaz (6-0) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed sixth ranked VO4 (1-5) in Machala 58-39. Audaz forced 22 VO4 turnovers. The best player for the winners was the former international center Jessica Preciado (190-90) who scored 11 points and 7 rebounds. The former international guard Olga Olives (169-90) chipped in 15 points and 4 steals (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Power forward Lucia Garrido (-92) produced 15 points and 5 steals and Alexandra Caceres (168-97) added 3 points and 8 rebounds respectively for the guests. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Audaz have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 6-0 record, which they share with Victoria. VO4 lost fifth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with five games lost. They share the position with Cuenca.
