The game between Top Four teams took place in Ceres. host Olimpico (1-1) was smashed by Union SF (3-0) 91-66. Union SF dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Olimpico's 22. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Olimpico's players. It was an exceptional evening for point guard Gaston Bertona (176-1) who led the winners and scored 17 points. Point guard Milton Vittar (186-91) came up with 18 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and center Laureano Zalio (206-95, agency: BIG) added 5 points and 16 rebounds respectively for Olimpico in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Union SF will play against Tiro Federal (#9) in Morteros in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Olimpico will play on the road against Echague in Parana to get more than just one victory in their record.
