Estudiantes T.'s fans can celebrate the first win of their team after two consecutive losses. The victory is especially important as they edged much higher ranked San Isidro (1-1) on the road game in San Francisco 85-83 on Tuesday. Estudiantes T. forced 20 San Isidro turnovers. Point guard Gonzalo Alonso (178-2) nailed 21 points for the winning side and forward Patricio Aranda (197-89) accounted for 11 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Estudiantes T. players scored in double figures. Power forward Juan Cruz Oberto (201-97) came up with 28 points and 6 rebounds and Federico Zezular (196-1) added 22 points and 8 rebounds respectively for San Isidro in the defeat.
