The former international power forward Eduard Caicedo (196-90) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds. Guard Janer Arcila (-4) contributed with 17 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Punto Rojo's coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. The former international power forward Nixon Mina (205-90) replied with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 16 rebounds and guard Hector Rivera (-3) added 9 points and 13 rebounds in the effort for Rincon dC. Punto Rojo will play against Importadora in Ambato in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
