Bottom-ranked Liga Sorocaba (0-6) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 65-49 loss to fifth ranked Pinheiros (4-3) in Sorocabana. They made 16-of-17 charity shots (94.1 percent) during the game. Pinheiros forced 20 Liga Sorocaba turnovers.
