Worth to mention a great performance of guard Luis Miguel Silva (185-0) who helped to win the game recording 26 points (made all of his seven free throws) and guard Bruno Santilli (190-0) who added 15 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Rio Claro maintains third position with 6-3 record having five points less than leader Pinheiros. Bauru at the other side dropped to the sixth place with four games lost. Rio Claro are looking forward to face Mogi (#9) in Mogi das Cruze in the next round where they are favorite. Bauru will play on the road against the league's second-placed Cerrado in Brasilia and is hoping to prove to their fans that this time they can win.
