No shocking result in a game when ninth ranked Yale (2-3) defeated at home 12th ranked Trouville (1-6) 55-44 on Sunday. Yale forced 24 Trouville turnovers. It was a great evening for Guadalupe Soto who led her team to a victory scoring 17 points and 4 steals. Point guard Mariangel Santana (160-3) helped adding 11 points and 8 rebounds. At the losing side guard Silvina Paez (-85) responded with 21 points and 5 rebounds and point guard Sofia Cruces (163-87) scored 7 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Yale moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Remeros. Trouville lost their sixth game in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the twelfth position with six games lost.
