The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of Santa Ana (2-1) in San Miguel on Saturday night. Visitors were defeated by top-ranked Aguila (3-0) 82-66. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Aguila have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 3-0 record behind leader Santa Tecla, which they share with San Salvador. Santa Ana at the other side dropped to the fifth place with one game lost. Aguila is looking forward to face league's leader Santa Tecla at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Santa Ana will play against San Salvador (#3) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
