Round 5 most important game was a defeat of league's leader Univ.de Chile (3-1). They were defeated by third ranked New Crusaders (3-1) 83-69 on Sunday night. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Univ.de Chile. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. New Crusaders keep a position of league leader, which they share with Sergio Ceppi and Univ.de Chile. Univ.de Chile will play next round against strong Sergio Ceppi trying to make it back to the top of the standings. It will be a derby game for which supporters look forward to, where their team will face at home their local rival from Santiago - Sergio Ceppi. New Crusaders will try to continue on its current victory against sixth ranked Luis ML in Santiago.
