The game in Aguadulce supposed to be also worth to mention about. Second ranked Correcaminos (10-2) played at the court of 6th ranked Caballos (2-11). Correcaminos smashed Caballos 110-80. They outrebounded Caballos 52-32 including a 37-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. Correcaminos players were unselfish on offense dishing 30 assists. Center Jaime Lloreda (204-80, college: LSU) had a double-double by scoring 16 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the former international forward Tyler Gaskins (193-92, college: St.Peter's) chipped in 23 points and 4 assists during the contest. Five Correcaminos players scored in double figures. Jose Montenegro (191-98) responded with 17 points and Amilcar Sanchez (192) scored 17 points.
