The game between closely ranked teams ended with second-best Santa Tecla's (5-3) home loss to top-ranked FAS (8-0) 61-83 on Sunday. FAS forced 20 Santa Tecla turnovers. Dominican Maria Marte (180-90) had a double-double by scoring 26 points and 19 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and naturalized American Emily Tevez (175-93, college: NDN) chipped in 27 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists and 6 steals during the contest.
