Regular Season Round 4: Condores - Carrib.Storm 53-80

DPB top team - Storm (4-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed tenth ranked Condores (1-3) in Cundinamarca 80-53. Storm forced 19 Condores turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 27 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Condores' players. The winners were led by international Michaell Jackson (190-87) who scored that evening 16 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and Argentinian forward Mariano Fierro (200-86) supported him with 12 points and 5 rebounds. Four Storm players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 12 points and 11 rebounds by Dominican power forward Brayan Martinez (203-91) did not help to save the game for Condores. Forward Emmil Williams (188-91) added 9 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for lost side. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Storm have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 4-0 record. Newly promoted Condores dropped to the ninth place with three games lost. They share the position with Corsarios. Storm will play against Cafeteros (#4) in Armenia in the next round. Condores will play on the road against Team Cali (#3) to get more than just one victory in their record.
