Bottom-ranked Toros is still unable to win any game. This time they lost on the road their 17th consecutive match to fifth ranked Panteras (9-7) 77-65. Panteras dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Toros' 34. Worth to mention a great performance of Alejandro Grant (199-93) who helped to win the game recording 24 points and 7 rebounds and Luis Dinolis (185-93, college: Broward CC) who added 22 points and 6 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) during the contest. Point guard Daniel Machore (170-6) responded with 19 points and 4 assists and Oscar Zephyrine (190-0) scored 13 points and 6 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Panteras moved-up to fourth place. Toros at the other side still closes the standings. Panteras will play against league's leader Correcaminos in Colon in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Toros will have a break next round.
