Real Esteli cruised past UAM to sweep the semifinal series. Real Esteli held UAM to an opponent 22.1 percent shooting from the field compared to 44.3 percent accuracy of the winners. Real Esteli had a 37-26 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Real Esteli made 9 blocks. It was a good game for American guard Ashton Millender (173, college: DePaul) who led her team to a victory with 25 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists. Her fellow American import swingman DAsia Chambers (182-92, college: Slippery Rock) contributed with 18 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. Swingman Gisleny Alfaro (175) answered with 16 points and 5 rebounds and guard Reyna Lopez (-2) added 9 points and 11 rebounds in the effort for UAM. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
