Regular Season Round 1: Olimpico - Union 66-67

There was an upset in La Banda where Olimpico was edged by Union 67-66 on Thursday. Nicolas Reynoso (191-99) stepped up and scored 19 points and 8 rebounds for the winners and Jeronimo Muller (183-2) chipped in 12 points and 7 assists. Four Union players scored in double figures. At the losing side guard David Perez (188-0) responded with 21 points and 9 rebounds and forward Mateo Codigoni (191-0) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds. Union will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Olimpico will play again against Union in Santa Fe and hope to win that game.
