Another exciting game was a derby match between two teams from Santiago: Boston C. (#4) and Luis ML (#6). Boston C. (5-4) crushed visiting Luis ML (0-9) by 22 points 70-48. Boston C. held Luis ML to an opponent 24.7 percent shooting from the field compared to 32.9 percent accuracy of the winners. Boston C. forced 20 Luis ML turnovers. It was a good game for Martina Cousino (-2) who led her team to a victory with 20 points. The former international Marcela Gamboa (176-85) contributed with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 11 rebounds for the winners.
