Very expected game when La Union (0-2) was edged by Obras (2-3) in Formosa 100-97 on Wednesday. Obras made 22-of-29 free shots (75.9 percent) during the game. It was an exceptional evening for forward Matias Von Schmeling (200-1) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds. Alejo Digon accounted for 17 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. Agustin Sigel came up with 31 points and 8 rebounds and Marcos Gonzalez (197-0) added 18 points and 7 rebounds respectively for La Union in the defeat.
