Bottom-ranked Brasilia (0-5) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 76-64 loss to tenth ranked Caxias do Sul (3-3) in Caxias do Sul on Friday evening. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Eddy Carvalho (197-87) fired 18 points for the winners. Pedro Lima (191-87) chipped in 11 points and 5 rebounds.
