No shocking result in a game in Villa Maria where second ranked Ameghino (6-5) outleveled 4th ranked Jachal (2-9) 95-63 on Friday. Ameghino dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Jachal's 30. Ameghino forced 21 Jachal turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The best player for the winners was point guard Tomas Allende (190-2) who scored 24 points and 8 rebounds. Point guard Jeremias Frontera (186-0) chipped in 12 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists and 7 steals (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). At the other side the best for losing team was Matias Aristu (194-95) who recorded 11 points and 9 rebounds and forward Santiago Ibarra (198-98) added 10 points and 6 rebounds respectively.
