Very expected game in Bogota where 11th ranked Piratas (2-9) were rolled over by fourth ranked Motilones (8-3) 95-73 on Saturday. Motilones forced 21 Piratas turnovers. Strangely Piratas outrebounded Motilones 52-36 including a 22-7 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. It was a great evening for Dominican Yeison Colome (190-96) who led his team to a victory scoring 26 points and 4 assists. Dominican point guard Richard Bautista (187-97) helped adding 15 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. Motilones' coach Hernan Laginestra felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Sebastian Valencia responded with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 17 rebounds and American-Panamanian Adalberto Rojas (200-86) produced a double-double by scoring 15 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. Motilones moved-up to third place, which they share with Carrib.Storm. Piratas lost their third game in a row. They keep the eleventh position with nine games lost.
