There was an upset in Buenos Aires where higher ranked Atenas (2-3) was edged by sixteenth ranked Ferro (2-4) 80-78 on Wednesday. Felipe Rodriguez fired 25 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Guard Santiago Mazza (182-1) chipped in 21 points and 6 rebounds. Four Ferro players scored in double figures. Ferro's coach used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. Maximo Lomelo produced 23 points (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) and Franco Riffle added 15 points and 9 rebounds respectively for lost side.
