First defeat of league's leader Bigua (7-1) against third ranked Goes (7-1) 93-88 was the most important game of the last round. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of Bigua. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Goes dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Bigua's 36. 24 personal fouls committed by Bigua helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Venezuelan center Nestor Colmenares (200-87, college: Campbellsville) contributed with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 14 rebounds for the winners.
