We should mention about the upset which took place in La Banda, where higher ranked Ferro (7-10) was outleveled in a road game by eighteenth ranked Olimpico (3-12) 91-61 on Saturday. Olimpico looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. It was a great evening for forward Mateo Codigoni (191-0) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 11 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Guard David Perez (188-0) helped adding 21 points and 4 steals. Coach 's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play all 12 players and allowed the starting five to rest. The best for the losing side was guard Camilo Rodriguez (187-6) with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds and Martin Gonzalez (-7) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds. Four Ferro players scored in double figures. Olimpico moved-up to seventeenth place. Loser Ferro dropped to the thirteenth position with ten games lost. Olimpico will meet at home H.Americano (#19) in the next round. Ferro will play against Riachuelo LR (#10) in La Rioja and hope to secure a win.
