Regular Season Round 33: Quilmes MP - GELP 76-86

Everything went according to plan in Mar del Plata where eleventh ranked GELP (4-4) won against 15th ranked Quilmes MP (1-8) 86-76 on Monday. Forward Rafael Rosende (198-97) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners and swingman Joaquin Acuna (196-99) chipped in 23 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). The best for the losing side was forward Lucio Castellani (196-94) with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 13 rebounds and forward Alex Negrete (192-1) scored 21 points and 6 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Quilmes MP's coach Manuel Gelpi rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. GELP moved-up to sixth place, which they share with 3 other teams. Quilmes MP lost third consecutive game. They keep the fifteenth position with eight games lost.
