Worth to mention about the upset in a game between Union (11-13) and Penarol (8-11), which took place in Mar del Plata. Higher ranked Union was outleveled in a road game by fourteenth ranked Penarol 92-67. Penarol outrebounded Union 45-33 including 32 on the defensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists.
