Independ.O. made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. Power forward Fernando Martina (200-81) notched 13 points to lead the effort and guard Lucio Reinaudi (185-95) supported him with 11 points and 6 rebounds. Even 20 points by Ismael Sarruff did not help to save the game for Jachal. Cuban swingman Neysser Coutin (192-96) added 10 points and 8 rebounds for the guests. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Independ.O. have an impressive 12-game winning streak. Newly promoted Independ.O. maintains first position with 12-0 record. Jachal at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the thirteenth place with 11 games lost. They share the position with Echague. Independ.O. will meet at home Rivadavia (#8) in the next round and are hoping to win another game.
