San Marcos claimed Liga Superior Clausura title. They fired past Lincoln in the second game of the Finals to complete the sweep. San Marcos forced 21 Lincoln turnovers and outrebounded them 45-33 including 30 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The best player for the winners was Clarissa Torres who scored 19 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Alicia Abarca (165-1997) chipped in 9 points and 16 rebounds. San Marcos' coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Swingman Yurizell Funes (175-2001) produced 14 points and 5 rebounds and Adriana Rivas (175-1996) added 6 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists respectively for the guests.
