The game between Top Four teams took place in Concepcion. 3rd placed Chilean host Universidad de Concepcion (0-5) was smashed by first ranked Brazilian Flamengo (4-1) 92-49. The game without a history. Flamengo led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 18-of-22 charity shots (81.8 percent) during the game. Flamengo outrebounded Universidad de Concepcion 47-28 including a 39-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Universidad de Concepcion's players. American-Jordanian Dar Tucker (193-1988, college: DePaul) nailed 18 points and 7 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winning side and point guard Yago Matheus (173-1999) accounted for 8 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists.
