The game between Top Four teams took place in Santiado del Estero. 3rd placed host Quimsa (4-4) was smashed by leader Berazategui (5-0) 67-30. Berazategui held Quimsa to an opponent 21.2 percent shooting from the field compared to 48.0 percent accuracy of the winners. It was a great evening for point guard Agustina Marin (170-2003) who led her team to a victory scoring 13 points. The former international swingman Celeste Cabanez (178-1986) helped adding 16 points. At the losing side Rocio Estrada responded with 2 points and 6 rebounds and point guard Lucia Boggetti (162-1998) scored 7 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Berazategui have an impressive series of five victories in a row. Defending champion maintains second place with 5-0 record having 2 victories less than leader Corrientes. Quimsa at the other side keeps the third position with four games lost. Berazategui will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Quimsa will play at home against Ferro and is hoping to prove to their supporters that the loss was just an accident.
