There was an upset when higher ranked Pergamino (14-13) lost on the road to fourteenth ranked Rocamora (8-18) 87-72 on Sunday. Rocamora made 22-of-28 free shots (78.6 percent) during the game. Rocamora outrebounded Pergamino 41-25 including 30 on the defensive glass. It was an exceptional evening for guard Manuel Gomez (183-1996) who led the winners and scored 19 points and 7 rebounds. Justo Catalin (182-1999) accounted for 19 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. Four Rocamora players scored in double figures. Swingman Lucas Gorosterrazu (197-1998, agency: BIG) came up with 14 points and 6 rebounds and forward Santiago Ibarra (198-1998) added 18 points respectively for Pergamino in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Rocamora maintains fourteenth place with 8-18 record. Pergamino lost fifth consecutive game.
