There was an upset in Formosa where higher ranked Riachuelo LR (15-20) was crushed by sixteenth ranked La Union (14-22) 101-82 on Sunday. La Union made 22-of-26 free shots (84.6 percent) during the game. Worth to mention a great performance of Lucas Arn (197-1989) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and 6 rebounds and naturalized Spanish guard Jonathan Maldonado (188-1990) who added 15 points and 8 assists during the contest.
