There was a surprise result when twelfth ranked Quilmes MP (11-16) defeated higher ranked Ciclista (15-12) in Juninense 75-65 on Sunday. It was an exceptional evening for Chilean guard Cristopher Jara (-2000) who led the winners and scored 28 points. Forward Alex Negrete (192-2001) accounted for 18 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. Quilmes MP's coach Manuel Gelpi allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Swingman Matias Sesto (190-1991) came up with 15 points and 6 rebounds and Christian Boudet (192-1997) added 12 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Ciclista in the defeat. Four Ciclista players scored in double figures. Quilmes MP maintains twelfth place with 11-16 record. Ciclista lost third consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with 12 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
