Not a big story in a game when 7th ranked Venados (9-21) lost to fifth ranked Halcones de Ciudad Obregon (16-14) in Mazatlan 84-96 on Saturday. Halcones de Ciudad Obregon looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Americans were the main players on the court. It was an exceptional evening for Jimmy Hall (203-1994, college: Kent St., agency: Slash Sports) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 14 rebounds (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field).
