Very predictable result when ExSal outscored on the road Se7en 77-39 on Saturday. ExSal forced 30 Se7en turnovers and outrebounded them 45-31 including a 22-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Se7en's players. Laura Rivas (171-1999) scored 18 points and 7 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Daniela Alonso (160-2001) chipped in 12 points, 6 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals during the contest. ExSal's coach felt very confident using 11 players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Guard Fabiola Romero (160-2003) responded with 15 points and 5 assists and Eva Amaya scored 6 points and 10 rebounds. ExSal will meet at home San Marcos in the next round. Se7en will play against Marlins and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
