Regular Season Round 3: Indios - Marineros 101-103

Another exciting game for Marineros (2-2) which played in San Francisco against Indios (1-3). Marineros upset home team edging them after exciting game by two points 103-101. Marineros made 16-of-20 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. It was a great evening for Bernardo Polanco (189-1994) who led his team to a victory scoring 26 points. American Carlton Bragg Jr (208-1995, college: N.Mexico) helped adding 12 points and 12 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American Breein Tyree (188-1998, college: Ole Miss) with 29 points and 5 assists and guard Juan Suero (196-1993) scored 21 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Marineros will play against Soles in Santo Domingo in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Indios will play on the road against Metros (#4) in Santiago to get more than just one victory in their record.
