Liga Metropolitan top team - Halcones (13-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they beat eighth ranked Monjitas BTC (1-11) 132-114. They outrebounded Monjitas BTC 49-34 including a 23-12 advantage in defensive rebounds. Halcones players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. It was a quality performance for Hector Chur (-1999) who led the winners and scored 75 points (!!!). Forward Juan Rosales (195-1996) accounted for 35 points (!!!) and 15 rebounds for the winning side. Enzo Castro came up with 37 points (!!!) and 5 assists and Carlos Enriquez (-1978) added 23 points and 18 rebounds respectively for Monjitas BTC in the defeat. Four Monjitas BTC players scored in double figures. Halcones have an impressive series of thirteen victories in a row. They maintain first place with 13-0 record. Monjitas BTC lost fourth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 11 games lost.
