Very expected game when 11th ranked Santa Ana (1-7) was rolled over on the road by top-ranked San Marcos (7-0) 76-39 on Saturday. San Marcos held Santa Ana to an opponent 25.0 percent shooting from the field compared to 41.0 percent accuracy of the winners. San Marcos forced 26 Santa Ana turnovers and outrebounded them 52-35 including a 19-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Santa Ana's players.
