Fifth ranked Remeros (8-3) crushed at home 11th ranked Paysandu (1-10) by 74 points 90-16, which is the biggest margin this round. Remeros held Paysandu to an opponent 15.9 percent shooting from the field compared to 40.7 percent accuracy of the winners. Remeros forced 41 Paysandu turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 30 assists comparing to just 5 passes made by Paysandu's players. It was a quality performance for center Melina Zapata (180-1989) who led the winners and scored 19 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!).
