Vera Cruz outscored Sesi/Araraquara to ensure LBF Finals berth. The guests trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 41-30 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Vera Cruz forced 25 Sesi/Arara. turnovers. Strangely Sesi/Arara. outrebounded Vera Cruz 39-23 including 26 on the defensive glass. It was a great evening for the former international guard Beatriz Oliveira (169-1995) who led her team to a victory scoring 15 points and 5 assists. Forward Emanuely De Oliveira (178-1999, college: Florida) helped adding 14 points and 8 rebounds. The best for the losing side was the former international power forward Aline Moura (185-1997) with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!) and center Leticia Soares (185, college: San Diego) scored 14 points and 6 rebounds. Sesi/Arara.'s coach Joao Camargo rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
