An interesting game for Punto Rojo (7-2) which played road game in Gualaceo against 3rd ranked Triple E-Uda (4-4). First ranked Punto Rojo managed to get a 14-point victory 81-67. Punto Rojo outrebounded Triple E-Uda 50-37 including 38 on the defensive glass. Argentinian Pablo Alderete (198-1993) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists. Uruguayan guard Martin Trelles (187-1996) contributed with 18 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. American guard Eric Worthey (196-1991, college: Lourdes) replied with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists and his fellow American import forward Malik Jenkins (201-1989) added 13 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Triple E-Uda.
