Regular Season Round 4: Azucareros - Dark Knights 68-38

Liga Metropolitan top team - Azucareros (3-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed sixth ranked Dark Knights (1-3) 68-38. Azucareros dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Dark Knights' 26. They outrebounded Dark Knights 42-25 including a 28-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a quality performance of forward Victor Sosa (190-1988) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 7 rebounds and Argentinian forward Diego Lopez (198-1980) who added 15 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side Juan Martinez (-2001) responded with 8 points and 6 rebounds and Francisco Galvez (-1996) scored 9 points. Azucareros have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 3-0 record. Dark Knights at the other side dropped to the fifth place with three games lost. They share the position with Villa Nueva and Coeindeguasa.
